Modupe M. Albert - YGN Administrator
Modupe M. Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & International Studies from Lagos State University as well as a Diploma in Secretarial Administration from the School of Management Studies, Jos. She bagged two distinguished awards during her LASU programme.She also cut her teeth in various establishments, one of which is MTC Nigeria Ltd where she worked as Public Relations Officer from 1996-1999, and also Florentyne Trading Company where she worked as Chief Strategy Manager from 2004-2009.
She has served as a confidential Secretary under Dr. Emmanuel Kanos at The Parliament, Jos (formerly Zoe) for three and a half years. A woman of various parts, she ventured into entrepreneurship with investments in fashion retail business as well as travel and tours. Not resting on her oars, she set up Sofia Enterprises, a brand and marketing outfit.
She began her foray into social work in 2008, serving as a volunteer in various capacities at Youth and Gender Network; the reputable non-governmental organization committed to youth and women development in Nigeria. Dupe Albert became the NGO’s Administrator in February 2013, a position she currently holds.
